Our company offers a unique service that not
only identifies problems (if they exist), but provides
solutions as well. It is not our wish to offer you
alternative management, but to help and guide your
existing team, so that they can perform even better.
For a one time (and all inclusive) fee we can observe
your casino in action and give you a full report
on any problems we discover, which will include
suggestions on how to make improvements.
We will not interfere with the running of the
casino, or correct any errors that we see without
your permission. Our initial help can be obtained
for a period of 1-4 weeks, but you have the option
to extend this if you wish, if you feel that we
can be of further assistance.
At the end of the agreed contract period, we
will give you a report that will cover the following
areas: Management abilities based on their experience
level, Dealer and Inspector quality, comments on
customers, service quality, game rules, minimums
and maximums, equipment advice, security risks with
customers and staff, comments on existing procedures,
game selections, advice on existing and new promotions,
comments on your camera system (if installed), advice
on supporting areas of the casino (bar, restaurant,
reception, cash desk, night club, security etc.)
Our staff have many years experience in the
casino business (more than 20 years), and are familiar
with casinos in Russia, Britain and other countries.
We can provide training at all levels and even supply
a security system that can monitor the casino from
anywhere in the world. This can be used by several
people at the same time (General Manager, Owner,
or even an independent person, that we can provide
for you).
The cost of our service depends on the location
of your casino and the period of the contract. and
includes travel, hotel and other expenses. If you
