NIGHT CLUB INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
Our organization
is planning to open a number of "Erotic"
Night Clubs throughout Russia, and former Soviet
countries, and would like to offer you an opportunity
to become involved in this highly profitable business.
Initially, we
plan to open the first of these clubs in Minsk (Belarus),
followed by a second in Moscow (Russia) shortly
afterwards. Funding for each new club will be obtained
from the profits of those already operating, so
this will give the investor a chance to achieve
a very high return on their original investment.
As the outlay
is very small (in the region of $100,000 - $150,000),
we are confident that a return can be achieved in
a relatively short period (approximately 3 months),
and this should enable us to open the second club
in around 6 months. It is our hope that additional
clubs can be opened every 3-4 months and a target
of 10 such establishments be created within 2 years.
It is our intention
to provide a service that is unique in almost every
aspect and cater for the interests of a wide range
of customers. However, we should make it clear that
although the clubs will be VERY erotic in nature,
they will not be pornographic and will not offer
actual sex as part of the service. They will also
meet all the legal requirements of the country they
are located in.
As the documentation
(licences and official papers) are a complicated
process, we have special "contacts" to
assist us in this area and your involvement is limited
to providing the funds and collecting the profits
(and of course offering any feedback that you feel
may help increase revenue). Financial reports will
be provided on a monthly basis, but you can of course
receive this information whenever you wish. It will
also be possible to view the Club in action via
a special internet camera (by simply logging into
a special address that only investors and high level
management have access to).
Ideally, we would
prefer an investor who can provide the intial funding
himself/herself, but we are prepared to consider
individual investors, providing they are able to
commit to an investment of at least $20,000 each,
and be able to supply these funds with the minimum
of delay.
As this is a
serious business opportunity, we respectfully request

It is our belief
that the first Club in Minsk (Belarus) will produce
a turnover in excess of $60,000 a month within 2-3
months, and because of the unique system we intend
employing (with regard to staff), the expenses will
be relatively low (no more than $30,000 a month),
thus giving a potential monthly profit of $30,000.
The second Club (in Moscow) will produce much more,
and profits are estimated at around $100,000 plus
(per month). As a guide, we expect each club to
average a monthly profit of around $80,000 a month.
