Erotic Night Club Investment opportunities
in Russia
It has to be said that doing business in these countries is never easy, and without the right connections it would be foolish to even try. However, if you can overcome the obstacles, there is a fortune waiting for those who are prepared to take a few chances and like a quick return on their investment. We have been involved in Russia for 14 years and know only too well how difficult things can be. Thankfully, during this time, we have met many people who can make the most "impossible" tasks seem incredibly easy. Documents that would normally take a lifetime to obtain, can often be sorted out in just a few days or weeks (sometimes minutes!), opening the lid of the treasure chest that was previously buried beyond the reach of the average foreigner. It should be noted that we are not talking about any illegal deals to make this possible, just a way of cutting the endless red tape with a few friends in the right places! In the past we have been involved in casinos and can still help in this area if you wish, but this usually requires a substantial investment (anything from $500,000 to $6 million or more). However, we are currently looking to open a number of "Erotic" Night Clubs in some major Russian Cities (including Moscow) and the investment level is much more reasonable. It is always better to deal with single investors, as this can avoid certain conflicts at a later stage (when some want to sell their share or have different ideas about how the business should be run). However, we are of course prepared to discuss investments from individuals, but the investment must still be substantial in nature (in order to keep the partnership limited to no more than 10 people). Our role is purely management and we have no financial share in the business. It is our job to run the clubs and make everything possible. We take no salary for this work, but expect a percentage of the profits (after expenses). We are looking to open the first of these clubs in Minsk (Belarus), or Moscow (Russia) and estimate the total investment needed will be in the region of $200,000 (depending on location). It is essential that local laws are observed at all times in order to get a licence to do this. But we do intend to make the clubs as erotic as possible and use many ideas that have never been seen in this type of business before. Revenues will vary according to the location, but we fully expect the gross profit of each club to average around $100,000 per month.
