If you feel that you have something to offer English speakers, but are worried that your staff may not be able to communicate with potential customers and you do not wish to employ someone full-time with this ability, you may find the "Hotline" a perfect alternative.

By placing the image above (or a similar one) on your site, you can display a special number that will be answered by a Native English speaker. The caller will be able to discuss your service in their own language and even place orders (which will then be directed to you in your language).

When using this system you avoid the necessity of employing someone in your own business to do this work and would save hundreds of dollars every month, but at the same time you would be offering a professional service that is sure to impress (and increase your chances of obtaining sales).

The cost depends on the number of calls received and the potential time involved in answering these enquiries. You can decide how many calls you think there will be and purchase these in units of 50.

However, if we feel that the service or products you are offering have a real interest to English speaking foreigners, we may be prepared to accept a minimum fee each month (for unlimited calls) in exchange for a small percentage of the sales made. We may even consider helping you to promote this (at our own expense), if the right incentives are available.
