Hurricane Wilma to hit Florida "The Day after Tomorrow" at the latest

At its present speed, Hurricane Wilma would arrive in Florida by Tuesday evening, but experts believe that Wilma will rapidly increase speed and appear sometime on Monday.

Although the heart of the storm still has some way to travel, South Florida are already experiencing the edge of Hurricane Wilma which has caused street flooding.

Hurricane Wilma was classed as a Category 2 storm at the time of writing, but as it gains speed on its way to Florida, it is also expected to strengthen and could become a Category 4 (it reached a category 5 some days ago).

Tropical Storm Alpha, which formed yesterday off the Dominican Republic, has joined Hurricane Wilma and became the first storm in nearly 60 years to be given a name from the Greek alphabet.

There has been a lot of speculation on some internet sites that the Hurricanes we have been seeing lately are part of some "weather war" and that they are being controlled by "opponents" unknown.

Whilst we have to say that anything is possible, we feel that some people tend to look for more sinister reasons, when a more obvious one is available.

The fact that many seem to miss, is that sea temperatures have risen and this is the main reason for the increased number of storms and their power. This event is clearly connected to Global Warming, but perhaps the area that should be debated more is what is actually creating the warming at its current speed?

Pollution created by man is just one factor, but we believe the main cause is an event that is happening in our solar system. If people were able to control their imaginations a little better and look at more factual information, such as the temperature changes on other planets in our system, they may see the real problem.

We suspect that many governments already know what is happening and expect it to get worse. They are probably happy to let the people "speculate" that the weather changes may be created by human hands, as this is a perfect distraction.

Maybe it is better for the public not to know what the future holds? If our belief that the changes are as a result of an event taking place in our solar system, then there isn't much of a future for any of us.

No one can doubt that serious changes are taking place on our planet and the reason for these changes may not be as mysterious as people think, although sadly, equally devastating. It is perhaps time to abandon the "conspiracy theories" and study the facts, time is not on our side!
